Of course, there are dedicated tools like Snagit, Ashampoo Snap, etc. However, if you don't need a complex editor, an interesting alternative is a product from Microsoft called Snip. The tool is designed for taking screenshots and stands out due to its simplicity, speed, and intuitive interface. An interesting feature is the ability to add audio commentary to a screenshot, which works perfectly if you want to provide feedback on someone's work or discuss, for example, the menu options of a program you have just captured. The tool's menu hides at any chosen edge of the screen and is also available as a replacement for the system's Print Screen function. It's best to see for yourself.
