Sky-high light show using 500 drones. INTEL

In January, I wrote about 100 dancing quadcopters controlled simultaneously to create a magnificent sky show prepared by Intel. This time, they have taken it a step further, and there are now 500 drones. The show is impressive not only in its scale but also in the complexity of developing the control system for the entire swarm.

Technology used for entertainment purposes could result in shows featured at concerts or sporting events, adding a new dimension of experience for the audience. Below is a video demonstrating the effect that was achieved.
